These terms apply when you buy from Gear Edge at gearedge.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Who we are
Gear Edge is an online shop for original phone case designs. You can reach us at support@gearedge.shop or through our contact page.
2. Products
Our phone cases are printed to order for the phone model you select. We show each design as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life. Each case fits only the model you choose, so please check your model before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item price only. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Import duties and local taxes may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order using the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Orders
After you order we send a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we can’t ship to your address.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer in your country.
6. Designs and content
All designs, images and text on this website belong to Gear Edge or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
7. Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for indirect losses, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
